Hoy se celebra el Día Internacional de la Paz y la No Violencia en conmemoración de la muerte del líder hindú Mahatma Gandhi.
El 30 de enero de 1948, a la edad de 78 años, Mahatma Gandhi moría asesinado por el radical hindú Nathuran Godse.
Gandhi se hizo famoso por su lucha pacífica para la independencia de India y su concepto de resistencia no violenta.

Today it´s celebrated the International Day of Peace and Non Violence in commemoration of the Indian leader Mahatma Gandhi´s death.
On January 30th 1948, when he was 78, Mahatma Gandhi died assassinated by the Indian radical Nathuran Godse.
Gandhi became famous because of his pacific fight for the independence of India and his concept of non-violent resistence.
